Tragedy struck near Modi Mill Flyover as a truck collided with a scooty, claiming the life of 19-year-old student Manav and critically injuring 21-year-old Mohammad Saad. The incident occurred early Friday morning on Mathura Road. Police have detained the truck driver, a resident of Haryana, and are investigating the accident. No helmets were found at the scene.
