Two CRPF CoBRA jawans sustained severe injuries in twin Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blasts in Jamshedpur’s Saranda forest. The explosions occurred during a combing operation in Baliba village, West Singhbhum district. Both injured jawans were airlifted to Ranchi for treatment. Maoists are suspected to have planted the mines, posing a significant threat to security forces, villagers, and wildlife.
