West Champaran police successfully rescued three minor girls and apprehended two individuals from West Bengal suspected of child trafficking. Acting on a tip, a joint team intercepted Niyoti Devi and Nagesh Bhuinya, who were reportedly luring the girls to West Bengal. Both have been jailed on human trafficking charges.
