Distraught mother blames cops after her adorable three-year-old son was shot dead after being taken hostage by his father

Kentre Baker was shot and killed outside of a Las Vegas apartment complex on Tuesday. His mother Raneka Pate believes police killed him, while cops say it was his father’s bullet that fatally hit him.
