A kidnapping case has been filed against 13 individuals, including actor Mohan Babu and Vishnu Manchu, following a February 3rd incident in Tirupati. The complaint was lodged by an SFI leader. In a separate development, the university’s PRO filed a counter-complaint against student leaders for defamation and extortion.
