Nine devastated families of Camp Mystic girls and counselors sue Texas state for failing to have cabin evacuation plan before devastating floods

Nine families of girls and counselors who died in the July 4, 2025 flooding at Camp Mystic have filed a federal lawsuit accusing Texas health officials of licensing the camp without a required evacuation plan.
