Delhi government has extended the 2020-21 excise policy until March 31, 2027, ensuring uninterrupted liquor supply. This longest-ever extension comes as the new policy awaits approval. Licenses for hotels, clubs, and restaurants are being renewed, with retail store license renewals expected soon. The current policy was reinstated in September 2022.
