Police in Dwarka have busted a fake call centre involved in a massive scam. Ten individuals, including a woman, were arrested for defrauding insurance policyholders of approximately Rs 1 crore. The accused posed as officials from regulators and banks to trick victims into paying processing fees. The operation led to the seizure of electronic devices and forged documents.
