Steve Ballmer, former Microsoft CEO and owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, is facing a lawsuit alleging he used his company Aspiration to secretly pay Kawhi Leonard and circumvent NBA salary cap rules. Ballmer acquired the Clippers in 2014 for $2 billion and has since invested heavily, including building a new arena, to establish the team’s identity.
