CBSE has cancelled the affiliation of Neerja Modi School in Jaipur after a 9-year-old student died by allegedly jumping from the school building. The board cited gross violations of student safety norms and a failure in the school’s counselling and grievance redressal mechanisms, including persistent bullying that went unaddressed by the school.
