Jake Hughes returns to Formula E. He will serve as Reserve and Simulator Driver for Mahindra Racing in Season 12. Hughes will support the team alongside Kush Maini. This move comes ahead of the Mexico City E-Prix. He also works as a simulator driver for McLaren in Formula 1. Hughes’s role will aid the team’s preparation for the GEN4 era.
