In a major breakthrough, Cachar police arrested five suspects and confiscated 406 grams of alleged heroin, with a street value of around Rs 2 crore, along the Sonabarighat bypass. The drugs were ingeniously concealed in soap cases inside a vehicle coming from Mizoram.
