Palamu police apprehended a 25-year-old man from Odisha for allegedly raping and blackmailing a woman migrant worker in a southern state last year. The accused, who threatened to release private photos, was arrested from his sister’s residence. He has been booked under the BNS and IT Act and placed in judicial custody.
