National Award-winning director Sudha Kongara has voiced concerns over the significant pay gap faced by female filmmakers in the industry, stating she receives half the remuneration of her male counterparts for similar projects. Her upcoming film, ‘Parasakthi,’ tackling the sensitive anti-Hindi imposition movement, is slated for release on January 10.
