Chatra, a district previously known for left-wing extremism, is set to open its first movie theatre after decades. The district administration is investing Rs 80 lakh in the digital theatre, which will have a 140-seat capacity and operate like a multiplex. This initiative aims to restore entertainment options and provide educational screenings for students.
