Bhopal Municipal Corporation sealed the Jehangirabad slaughterhouse after a forensic report confirmed seized meat was beef. A Hindu organization intercepted a truck carrying 26.5 tonnes of meat, alleging it was banned. A Special Investigation Team has been formed to probe the alleged illegal meat trafficking racket.
