A routine office fire at an LIC building in Madurai has been revealed as a meticulously planned murder. Senior branch manager A Kalyani Nambi was killed by her colleague, D Ram, who staged the blaze to conceal his crime. Ram allegedly acted after Nambi confronted him over delayed death claim files, leading to a fatal confrontation.
