Angul forest circle has launched a special drive, ‘Jibedaya,’ to combat the use of bait bombs by poachers targeting elephants and other wildlife. Over 50 bait bombs were seized in a week, thwarting poaching attempts. The operation involves joint raids and patrolling to apprehend offenders and curb illegal hunting practices.
