Odisha government is establishing biotechnology Centres of Excellence to foster innovation and boost the bioeconomy. These centers will focus on research, training, and developing low-cost solutions for environment, health, and agriculture. Aiming to translate research into industry-ready products, they will receive up to Rs 10 crore over five years for a period of five years.
