Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) is struggling to find agencies to manage city parking, having failed to attract bidders twice last year and again this year. This inability to auction parking lots could lead to a significant loss of revenue, estimated at over Rs 1 crore, as haphazard parking continues to cause traffic congestion and inconvenience.
