CBI is investigating a Delhi firm for allegedly procuring over 20,000 SIM cards from Vodafone Idea and using them for cybercrimes. These SIMs were reportedly used in SIM boxes for impersonation, financial fraud, and digital arrests, breaching telecom guidelines. Investigations revealed suspicious call patterns and misuse of subscriber data.
