Delhi Police have successfully unraveled a massive operation that spanned a decade, leading to the arrest of two masterminds—Rajkumar, aka Raju Meena, and Jeeshan Ali—who ran a scheme allowing commercial vehicles to evade traffic laws by purchasing special stickers. Each month, these groups allegedly distributed more than 2,000 stickers, offering their clients easy passage through congested routes.
