Ex-Railway Minister and TMC leader Mukul Roy passes away due to a cardiac arrest at 71

Mukul Roy had served as the 32nd Union Minister of Railways. He held this position from 20 March 2012 to 21 September 2012 during the UPA-II government. He succeeded Dinesh Trivedi after a controversy regarding railway fare hikes.
