A 19-year-old BBA student, Shaurya Goyal, has been identified as the driver of the Mahindra Thar involved in a fatal crash in Goa. The accident claimed the life of a tourist and injured his wife and infant. Goyal, described by neighbours as reserved and academically focused, was arrested and released on bail.
