Motorists stranded in the massive Mumbai-Pune Expressway traffic jam on February 3 will receive a Rs 5.16 crore toll refund. Over one lakh vehicle owners will have their FASTag accounts credited directly. The decision follows a gas tanker overturning, causing a 33-hour disruption and automatic toll deductions despite a suspension order.
