A gang was busted for selling a fictitious luxury apartment in Gurgaon for Rs 12 crore by forging bank auction documents. Police arrested six individuals, including prime accused Mohit Gogia, and believe the syndicate defrauded victims of over Rs 200 crore across multiple states.
