A devastating fire ripped through Arki market in Himachal Pradesh’s Solan district late Sunday night, claiming the life of an 8-year-old girl. The blaze, which saw multiple LPG cylinder explosions, has left at least eight people, including Nepali migrant labourers, feared trapped in the extensively damaged buildings. Rescue operations are underway, with the SDRF expected to join efforts.
