A Kolkata histopathologist has amassed over 350 Indian TB seals, non-postage stamps aiding tuberculosis awareness and fundraising since 1940. Initially released on Christmas, the tradition shifted to October 2nd post-independence. These colourful seals, featuring diverse themes from art to yoga, continue to spread a vital message against the disease, attracting philatelists.
