ustice N Anand Venkatesh made the observation while dismissing an arbitration plea moved by MIOT Hospitals, Chennai, against Dr Balaraman Palaniappan, a cardio thoracic surgeon. The court also imposed Rs 1 lakh cost on the hospital payable to the doctor.
