The Delhi High Court has sought a response from the CBI regarding RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav’s plea challenging charges framed against him in the alleged IRCTC scam. The court will also hear a similar plea from his father, Lalu Prasad Yadav, on January 14. Both are accused of cheating and criminal conspiracy in the case.
