Jammu Police seized a Chinese-made weapon-mountable telescope found by a child in a garbage dump. In a separate incident, a man from South Kashmir, residing in Samba, was taken in for questioning after a Pakistani phone number was detected on his mobile. Authorities are investigating both matters and urge the public not to panic.
