Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (Jhalsa) has launched ‘Baal Suraksha’ to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of missing children, with 350 cases currently un-reported. Para-legal volunteers will identify at-risk children, and Jhalsa will monitor investigations and link rescued children to welfare schemes for permanent rehabilitation.
