Director RJ Balaji has clarified that the Suriya starrer ‘Karuppu’ will not have a Pongal release. He assured fans that the next official update, including the release date, will be announced with the second song. Suriya is reportedly playing dual roles in the film, which is rumored to be a courtroom investigation drama and is expected to release in May.
