Anjuna police are seeking extended custody for Birch by Romeo Lane owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra following a deadly fire that claimed 25 lives. Authorities are also pursuing a blue corner notice through Interpol against UK national Surinder Kumar Khosla, the property owner, to locate him for investigation.
