Saket Saurabh, a former product manager, left a ₹52 lakh annual package to pursue his passion for momos, co-founding The Momos Mafia. Despite initial challenges with street carts, the business has expanded to 40 carts and 20 outlets across seven states, generating over ₹5 crore in 2.5 years.
