In a significant operation in Muzaffarpur, the Special Vigilance Unit has detained two employees from the North Bihar Power Corporation. A meter reader and lineman, identified as Nishant Kumar and Munchun Rai, were caught in the act while accepting a bribe of Rs 5,000 to facilitate electricity connections.
