Microsoft Teams, Outlook back online after 8-hour outage; thousands affected

Microsoft Teams and several other Microsoft 365 services have been restored following a massive outage that lasted over eight hours on January 23, leaving thousands of users unable to access their emails, files, and collaboration tools.
