The National Human Rights Commission is seeking an update from the Odisha Human Rights Commission and Rayagada administration. This is regarding the long-standing issue of a permanent bridge over the Nagabali river. Nine tribal villages in Rayagada district remain cut off. This lack of connectivity deprives residents of basic amenities.
