The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has chargesheeted five individuals, including four absconders, in a 2024 case involving the supply of explosives to the banned CPI (Maoist) organization in Chhattisgarh. The accused are linked to the procurement of materials intended for improvised explosive devices (IEDs) to be used against security forces.
