Pentagon reveals US has no troops left on the ground in Venezuela after Trump threatened ‘second wave’ of military action

Although there are no more personnel in Venezuela itself, 15,000 troops are still in the region, stationed both in nearby countries and on a dozen warships in the Caribbean.
