A Ranchi builder, Rafe Kamal, has reported receiving extortion calls demanding Rs 5 crore from individuals claiming to represent the Rahul Dubey and Aman Sahu gangs. The threats began after Kamal was chased away from his land in Pandra. He has filed an FIR seeking an investigation and protection.
