A ₹20 crore Skill Hub and Incubation Centre is being established in Kakinada to foster long-term skill development and entrepreneurship among youth in the Godavari districts. Proposed by MP Sana Satish Babu, the facility will transform job seekers into job creators by providing industry-relevant skills and support for start-ups.
