Senior detective sues her own chief constable for £100,000 after nose bite from trainee police dog that left her with phobia of canines

Detective chief inspector Lynn Wilczek has lodged a claim against Kent Police chief constable Tim Smith after a Belgian Malinois pup called Frank ‘lunged’ at her.
