Veteran politician Sharad Pawar was admitted to Ruby Hall Clinic in Pune on Monday afternoon due to a throat infection and persistent coughing. The 85-year-old NCP (SP) chief was transferred from his Baramati residence for medical attention. A team of doctors is currently evaluating his condition to determine the next steps in his treatment.
