Sushmita Sen and her mother, Subhra Sen, have leased their Goregaon apartment for three years, generating Rs 73.76 lakh in rent. The 1,241 sq ft flat in Oberoi Exquisite includes two parking spaces and a staggered rent structure with a 5% annual escalation. This deal follows Subhra Sen’s recent acquisition of two luxury apartments in Goregaon East for ₹16.89 crore.
