Tucson man wearing similar backpack to Nancy Guthrie kidnapper seen trying to scale wall on evening of abduction

A man was seen trying to scale a stone wall near Nancy Guthrie’s home while wearing a backpack similar to the one her kidnapper was seen donning in previous footage.
