German referee Pascal Kaiser was reportedly attacked at his home days after proposing to his boyfriend on the pitch during Cologne’s match against Wolfsburg. After receiving threats that included his address, Kaiser contacted police but was told there was no danger. He was later attacked and believes the proposal was the reason.
